Linen is provided, but guests will need to bring their own towels.

The period of let begins at a time between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on the Saturday of arrival and is until 9.00am on the Saturday of departure. (The cottages need to be vacated by 9am on the Saturday of departure to enable us to have time to make them ready for re-occupation between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.)

Please leave the cottage clean and in good condition. Any breakages should be paid for before departure. Cots are available for hire at £5.00 per week.

We have free private onsite parking for one car per cottage. A second car can be accommodated by written agreement only. A parking charge will be made for a second car. Arriving clients are welcome to park their cars at the cottages, but not before 2pm please.

From 1st July 2007, no smoking is allowed inside the cottages. We need to comply with the No Smoking Law, and also to go along with the Local Authority regarding recycling our household refuse. This keeps the refuse arrangement cleaner and more hygienic.
Written confirmation, together with a deposit of approximately one third of the tariff is required when booking, and the balance payable upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations are to be paid in full.

Possession will only be granted to the person who made the booking and not to another member of the party or family. Any person over and above the number made in the original booking wishing to stay odd nights or the full period will be charged £30.00 per night. We do not accept bookings from teenage groups or from groups in general. Sorry, no pets.

Someone will be at the cottages from 3.30pm to 5.00pm on the Saturday of arrival to show everyone into their cottage as it becomes ready for occupation.
