Please Note: In line with current Smoking Legislation Brewery Lane Cottages are now totally NON SMOKING.
The above prices are per week (Saturday to Saturday) and are inclusive of VAT. Linen is provided but guests will need to bring towels.
The period of let is from 2-30 pm on Saturday to 9-00am on Saturday. The cottages should be vacated by 9-00am on the Saturday of departure. Please leave cottage clean and in good condition and any breakages or damage should be paid for before departure.
Cots are available for hire at £5.00 per week.
Written confirmation together with adeposit of approximately one third of the tariff is required when booking the cottages and the balance is payable upon arrival. Possession will only be granted to the person who made the booking and not to another member of the party or family. Any person, over and above the number made in the booking, wishing to stay odd nights or the full period will be charged £20-00 per night. We do not accept bookings from teenage groups and sorry no pets.
The proprietor will be at the cottages from 2-30 p.m. to 4-00 p.m. on Saturday and will show everyone into their cottage in order of arrival.
We have private onsite parking for one per cottage, plus a second car by arrangement only.
